Collecting an additional or emergency contact for customers who employ my services as a dog walker. This will include the name and contact details of the person, as well as their relationship to the customer. This person is likely to benefit from being informed of any concerns related to the dog, and will be suitably placed to respond to such concerns, in the event the customer is uncontactable. This information is only collected if the customer is likely to be uncontactable whilst their dog is in my care.
